Prior to this he spent several years in the restaurant industry as an Executive Chef at high profile restaurants in Chicago and Los Angeles. His attention to detail and uncompromised commitment to quality are evident in everything that he prepares. His loyal client base is a testament to his service.

Michele Heininger was a Food and Beverage Procurement Manager for Hilton Corporation in Beverly Hills, California for three years. She then enjoyed five years as a Catering Manager at the Minneapolis Hilton and Towers. Her priority is ensuring that all details are covered in the planning and execution of your event.
